Teacher Pep Talk: For When You’re Doubting Yourself and Letting Limiting Beliefs Keep You Stuck (Ep. 14)

Aug 26, 2022

Are you a teacher who has limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in teacher burnout?  Have you ever said "I can't do that"?  Maybe someone told you you couldn't or you learned from experience that something was your weakness.  When we want to be more and we start believing these stories our brains tell us, this is called limiting beliefs.  These limiting beliefs hold us back from doing, accomplishing, and being who we want to.

After I share with you my experience recently, I am giving you the pep talk behind it - motivation, inspiration, validation, and pick me up to remind you that you've got this.  There is a way to overcome these limiting beliefs and ultimately further growth in our areas of weakness.  Just because we see a teacher who has it all together, does not mean that we can't be that teacher too.  And in this episode, I am going to remind you of that! These pep talk style episodes are my attempt to create a more authentic way for you to connect with me, for you to feel like you have support on your hardest days (even if and ESPECIALLY if you don't have that in your community or schools).
