Hey, I'm Ellen!

FOUNDER & HOST OF CUBICLE TO CEO Ā®

My journey from "Cubicle to CEO ®" began when I quit my corporate marketing job five years ago... without a backup plan.

After landing my first freelance marketing client a month into my job search, I swore off sending out resumes for good. By re-investing my profits back into the business over and overt again, I bootstrapped that first $300 client project into over $2 MILLION dollars in revenue by age 28.

Actionable ā€œProfessional Developmentā€ Teachers Need! Whether you are a new or veteran teacher, this podcast offers sustainable strategies that will help empower positivity, self care, and avoid burnout! After teaching two years, I left the profession due to overwhelm and burnout. I returned a year later and have spent the past 13 years in education setting boundaries, avoiding energy vampires, encouraging positivity in the classroom and amongst colleagues. This podcast is a treasure of resources I wish I would have had many years ago. This is the ā€œprofessional developmentā€ we as teachers actually need!

Amazing Podcast! I am so so thankful for this podcast. I started following Brittany after finding her Summer Self-Care conference last summer. I really struggled with finding the joy in teaching after COVID - the 2020-2021 school year was a VERY difficult one for me. Fast forward to this year - after attending her conference, I told myself I was going to take more time for myself because I couldn’t let this job continue to be my life. Now, I listen to this podcast in the morning when I’m getting ready for school to help ease my stress and continue to avoid burnout. Thanks for everything you are doing for teachers everywhere Brittany!

What a game changer! The Resilient Teacher Podcast was the help that I’ve been looking for as a stressed out educator. I have immediate takeaways to help myself be more focused in the classroom and be more present at home. while this podcast is it a magic pill, it is helping me come back to why I started as a teacher. Thank you Brittnay!
