I am absolutely thrilled to be teaming up with you to bring our businesses and expertise right into the homes of teachers and parents across the world.

 

The Summer Self-Care Conference is a 3-day event that will give teachers, administrators and parents the encouragement, motivation, and tools to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and fill their cups.  On this page, you’ll find resources meant to make your life as a sponsor as easy as possible and answer any questions you might have. So How Does it Work?

 

The conference event will run from July 16-18th, 2021 with pre-recorded presentations running each day. These presentations will include 15 - 30 minutes of content and attendees will be able to access the day's scheduled presentations for that day only.  Attendees will be able to upgrade their ticket for a fee to have access to re-plays of the event and an all access bonus library of over 20 resources.

 

Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook Group for attendees to hang out in, hold each other accountable, and ask presenters additional questions.

 

During the promotion phase, as the conference is running, and for a week after the conference is complete, we’ll also be promoting the Summer Self Care Conference ALL ACCESS PASS. This All Access Pass includes replays, 20+ special bonuses from our presenters, and co-working sessions throughout the conference. This will provide immense value to our attendees while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions (that's money, y'all!)!

What Do Sponsors Need to Supply?

 

What kind of work does it require of you? Well, my goal is to make this all as easy peasy lemon squeezy so we can all have a blast while providing great value and growing our businesses.


1. Basic Information
The first things I need from is super basic so I can finish up our registration page and Sponsor sections.

This information includes things like

-Name of Company
-Logo image

-Advertisement Payment or Giveaway Item

Once you complete the application HERE and send payment/donation, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.

 

2. Choose Your Sponsorship Package
The next thing I’ll need is for you to choose a sponsorship package!

-Package #1 (Giveaway):

One giveaway on @teachingmindbodyandsoul Instagram This will be a no-follow giveaway to promote Summer Self Care Conference.  If your item is used, you will be tagged and featured in the caption. Affiliate commissions can also be accrued (See Affiliate section).

-Package #2 (Prize):

Prize donations for attendees - we will give prizes to attendees throughout the event. These will be no-follow prizes to promote engagement within the Summer Self-Care Conference.  If your item is used, you'll be tagged and featured in the caption on social media.  Affiliate commissions can also be accrued (See Affiliate section).

-Package #3 (Basic): $10 -

Listing in conference programs. Affiliate commissions can also be accrued (See Affiliate section).
-Package #4 (Basic+): $25 - 

Listing in conference programs & acknowledgement/logo on the conference website.  Affiliate commissions can also be accrued (See Affiliate section).
-Package #5 (Premium): $45 -
Listing in conference programs & acknowledgement/logo on the conference website & conference social media.  Affiliate commissions can also be accrued (See Affiliate section).

-Package #6 (Ultra): $60 - 
Listing in conference programs & acknowledgement/logo on the conference website & conference social media.  ONE FREE ALL ACCESS PASS (Year of Replays of Conference Presentations + Bonus Library from the conference of 20+ extras ($129.99 value)  Affiliate commissions can also be accrued (See Affiliate section).

 

3. Promotion
The power of an online conference comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

 

Presenter and affiliates will begin posting on at least 2 platforms about the conference beginning July 2nd, 2021.

 

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which will be sent in the first broadcast e-mail to sponsors) if you choose to get an affiliate code so you can get in on the 20% commission that will come from any Summer Self-Care Conference All-Access Pass sales as a registered sponsor.

 

You’ll find swipe copy and graphics in the Resource Vault that will be shared in the first broadcast e-mail to presenters.

 
6. Live Participation
During the event, since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax.  Sponsors can participate in interacting on the Facebook group or other social media by commenting, liking, etc. other presenter's/sponsor's posts and attendee's questions in order to boost engagement and help their advertisements to be seen.

 

While you are not required to attend the events of other speakers or participate live, it’s highly encouraged! We’ll be able to get some great discussions going about the topics being presented.

Affiliate Information

 

While conferences are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra moolah ($$) never hurt anyone though, right?

 

The affiliate program for the Summer Self-Care Conference All-Access Pass Sponsorship allows you to receive a 20% commission from all sales from the traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by July 31st, 2021.

 

The pricing structure will be:

$39.99 until July 16th
$49.99 from July 16-18
$69.99 from July 18th and beyond.
 

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook or other social media ads - just make sure to use your affiliate link which you will create from the initial broadcast e-mail.

 

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
