I am absolutely thrilled to be teaming up with you to bring our knowledge and expertise right into the homes of teachers and parents across the world.


The Summer Self-Care Conference is a 3-day event that will give educators, administrators, and educational professionals the encouragement, motivation, and tools to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and fill their cups.  On this page, you’ll find resources meant to make your life as a presenter as easy as possible and answer any questions you might have. If you have more questions, please feel free to email me at or ask over in the Presenter Facebook Group (as I'm sure that will mean others may have the same question).


As a speaker, you'll also get free access to the Summer Self-Care Conference All Access Pass!

So How Does it Work?


The conference event will run from July 22-24th, 2022 with multiple pre-recorded presentations running each day. These presentations will include 15 - 30 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute pitch) and a live chat afterwards! A transcript will also accompany the video so that we can be as accessible as possible for our attendees. Worksheets, handouts, and/or slides should be provided.


Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook Group for attendees to hang out in, hold each other accountable, and ask all of us additional questions. If attendees have good questions while your presentation is going on, you’ll be able to go live in the Facebook group for a bit of an encore to answer those questions, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value.


The additional Facebook live is not required but it would be an excellent way for our attendees to connect with you further.


Leading up to the conference, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy.


During the promotion phase, as the conference is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the Summer Self Care Conference ALL ACCESS PASS. This All Access Pass includes replays, special bonuses from all of you, and co-working sessions throughout the summit. This will provide immense value to our attendees while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions (that's money, y'all!)!

What Do Presenters Need to Supply?


What kind of work does it require of you? Well, my goal is to make this all as easy peasy lemon squeezy so we can all have a blast while providing great value and growing our businesses.

1. Basic Information
The first things I need from is super basic so I can finish up our registration page and Meet the Presenters page.

This information includes things like:

-Title of Presentation
-Square headshot
Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.


2. Presentation Slot Scheduled
The next thing I’ll need is for you to schedule your presentation slot! The list of times available will be provided in a broadcast e-mail to all of our presenters and times will be first come, first serve!


While your presentation will be pre-recorded, you should still be available to answer questions in the Facebook Group during your time slot to answer questions and connect with attendees. During this slot, once your presentation has had time to air, you’ll also be able to jump into a live encore and to answer any great questions that weren’t answered in your presentation. (These Facebook lives will also be added to the Summer Self-Care Conference All Access Pass).

3. Presentation
Next up is your presentation! This is a 15 - 30 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to gain the valuable information we have but also have fun!


Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they have the tools to start creating a self-care plan that is authentic to them in their professional or personal life. Think of it more like a workshop. This should not be a webinar where they feel like they're missing something that they need to buy from you as soon as possible.


With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:

Slides/Other Presentation Format
No slides (just your gorgeous/handsome face)
A mixture of the two

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

-A quick introduction
-An overview of your topic
-Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to overcomplicate it
-Teaching section
-Specific action steps (with the goal of teachers being able to implement this immediately)
-Up to a 3-minute pitch
-Include questions for attendees to answer in the Facebook Group throughout to boost engagement

Presentations are due by Saturday, July 9th, 2022.

4. ALL ACCESS PASS Contribution
The Summer Self-Care Conference All-Access Pass will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

Courses (big or small)
1-month memberships
Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers.


It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.


Information for these resources is due on Saturday, July 2nd, 2022. You'll receive a questionnaire to fill out closer to that time to make passing the information to me nice and simple.


5. Promotion
The power of an online conference comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.


Presenters are expected to promote the conference on at least 2 platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Clubhouse, Pinterest, Tiktok, Youtube etc.) weekly leading up to the conference beginning July 9th, 2022


You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which will be sent in the first broadcast e-mail to presenters) so you can get in on the 30% commission that will come from any Summer Self-Care Conference All-Access Pass sales.


You’ll find swipe copy and graphics in the Resource Vault that will be shared in the first broadcast e-mail to presenters.

6. Live Participation
During the event, since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax.  Presenters should participate in interacting on the Facebook group or other social media by commenting, liking, etc. other presenter's posts and attendee's questions in order to boost engagement.


While you are not required to attend the events of other speakers, it’s highly encouraged! We’ll be able to get some great discussions going about the topics being presented.  If you choose to use this opportunity, I may be able to utilize some of the information you use (or all) in a podcast episode which is going to get you and your brand more visibility as well.

Affiliate Information


While conferences are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra moolah ($$) never hurt anyone though, right?


The affiliate program for the Summer Self-Care Conference All-Access Pass allows you to receive a 30% commission from all sales from the traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by August 7th, 2022.


The pricing structure will be:

$39.99 until July 21st
$49.99 from July 22nd-24th
$69.99 from July 24th and beyond.

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook or other social media ads - just make sure to use your affiliate link which you will create from the initial broadcast e-mail.


As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
